JE Dunn Construction marked a major milestone as it closed out construction on VIV, a new 15-story luxury apartment building in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The mixed-use building, which is located at the southwest corner of 1st Avenue North and Dr. MLK Jr. Street, is the latest addition to the EDGE District. It includes two towers with a total of 269 apartments consisting of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The complex features a club room, fitness center, sky lounges, and pool amenities. It also includes 15,500 square feet of commercial space, along with a 355-car parking garage.
Belpointe PREP, LLC (“Belpointe OZ”), the owner and developer of VIV, praised JE Dunn’s execution and partnership throughout the project:
