


Employee Stock Ownership Plan
The Dunn family has a long-term philosophy of sharing rewards with the company’s most valued asset – it’s people. As a result, we are proud to be Employee Owners. Matching 401k contributions and discretionary profit sharing are deposited into the ESOP plan. Employees become fully vested after 6 years.
401(k)
We encourage our employees to save for the future. Employees can participate in our 401k plan by contributing pre-tax and/or post-tax money into our 401k. JE Dunn will match 50% of the first 6% you contribute.
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
We recognize that everyone’s medical needs are different, and for that reason we have multiple benefit options to choose from. JE Dunn employees can select from two medical plans with prescription drug coverage and from two dental plans. Our vision plan provides coverage for your annual exam as well as choice of eyewear and safety glasses, should that be needed.
Spending Accounts
JE Dunn allows employees to defer pre-tax money into an HSA or a Medical, Limited or Dependent Care FSA account.
Voluntary Benefits
Employees have the option to enroll in one or both of our voluntary benefit programs which can help offset the cost of unexpected medical expenses.
Mental Health Program
Mental health is a top priority for JE Dunn. Employees working at least 24 hours per week have access to a company paid, comprehensive mental health program that provides confidential, high quality, mental health support to both employees and eligible dependents.
Vacation, Health, Holidays & Bereavement
We offer a competitive paid time off package to provide a high level of work-life integration. This includes paid vacation days as well as 7 paid health days and 8 paid holidays per calendar year. Employees who wish to take time off due to a death are eligible for paid bereavement leave.
Maternity & Parental Leave
JE Dunn’s disability program offers eligible employees up to 10 weeks of 100% paid leave for the birth of a child. Qualified employees may also receive an additional 2 weeks of 100% paid leave for bonding.
Continuous Education
JE Dunn recognizes the value of continued development in education and skills. To support this, we provide reimbursement of certain educational expenses through a tuition reimbursement program and offer continuous learning opportunities through professional skills training and leadership development programs.
Disability
Eligible JE Dunn employees are automatically enrolled in Short-Term and Long-Term Disability for additional income protection. The disability premiums are 100% company paid.
Life and AD&D Insurance
All employees working at least 24 hours per week have a company paid Basic Life/AD&D benefit which provides additional financial security in the event something happens to you and your loved ones. In addition, you have the option to purchase additional Life Insurance and AD&D on yourself, your spouse, and your children.
