The 5 City Blvd Office Building is a 731,216-square-foot, 16-story core and shell office tower located in the heart of Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood. Our scope also included the construction of a 348,575-square-foot, 6-level parking garage with capacity for 956 vehicles, featuring both above- and below-grade levels.
