JE Dunn Construction congratulates Lyndsey Lowrey, Vice President, Regional HR Director, on being selected for Ingram’s 40 Under Forty class of 2025. The 40 Under Forty is a top leadership recognition program that judges candidates on ethics, integrity, commitment to entrepreneurial thinking, professional achievements, leadership skills, and community service.
“We are so proud of Lyndsey for being named to Ingram’s 40 Under Forty. Since joining JE Dunn, she has played a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our Advanced Facilities Group and our organization overall. As a valued member of our HR leadership team, Lyndsey brings strategic insight, energy, and a deep commitment to people that strengthens both our HR function and the broader business. She is a dynamic force whose influence is felt across the organization. This recognition is a testament to her talent, hard work, and bright future ahead — I feel very fortunate to have her on our team,” said JE Dunn Chief People Officer Christy Paoli.
Lowrey joined JE Dunn in 2022 and has since played an integral role in the design, creation, and growth of the firm’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). She leads human capital strategy for AFG and several other business units in her role and influences workforce initiatives across a national footprint of more than 1,300 employees and nearly $2 billion in company revenue.
“AFG is certainly a mover and shaker within JE Dunn. We really want to push the envelope and to do new and different things which can be challenging, but it makes us better builders and better for our clients,” Lowrey said.
Lowrey credits her experience in JE Dunn’s 12-month senior leadership program for further empowering her to drive leadership development, workforce planning, and engagement strategies that fuel long-term success.
“What’s great about JE Dunn is it’s still small enough where you can make a lot of change, but also big enough to where people know who JE Dunn is and the solid reputation we’ve built,” said Lowrey.
Outside of work, Lowrey volunteers with several nonprofits and serves as a board member for Saint Luke’s Foundation, blending her dedication to community impact with her passion for advancing healthcare after more than a decade working with Oracle, formerly Cerner Corporation, earlier in her career. Lowrey has two children, Lucas and Madi, and enjoys coaching Madi’s basketball team and cheering both children on in soccer, basketball, and baseball.
