Third and Home is a 7,000 square foot restaurant and bar, atop the Sulphur Dell core & shell project. Overlooking First Horizon Park and the Nashville skyline, the space includes a full kitchen, restrooms, dining and bar areas, and a standout 1,500 square foot beer patio/balcony. This tenant finish project on the second floor offers an energetic setting to enjoy meals and drinks while taking in unparalleled views of the Nashville Sounds baseball park.
