JE Dunn was the CM-at-Risk for the core & shell of a 15-story, 745,000 SF class A office building at The Domain in North Austin. Domain 10 is a concrete frame and glass curtainwall building with seven levels of above-grade parking and eight levels of office space.
The building has a strong emphasis on connection to the outdoors by incorporating shaded terraces on every floor, light-filled workspaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, direct access to the lakefront park and pond, and walking trails to create a highly desirable work environment. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
JE Dunn received a significant design change for the garage exterior skin halfway through the completion of the garage structure. We immediately began pricing design options and working with the design team and trade partners to find the best value for the owner.
