JE Dunn completed this 18,000 SF facility features gathering spaces for the use of community and partner organizations, a watershed learning center, and on-site educational opportunities that showcase CRWD’s work to protect, manage, and improve water resources in the district. The building, which comprises 15,000 SF of space in a renovated industrial building and a 3,000 SF addition, provides a flexible workplace to accommodate the organization’s growth without the need to acquire additional building space. There is also a pocket park, combining the natural and built environments with interactive elements for neighbors and visitors to enjoy. The building was remodeled using the principles of the City of Saint Paul’s Sustainable Building Policy, resulting in a structure that meets the Gold standards of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
