JE Dunn is currently acting as the construction manager for the new $70M Football Operations Building, which will be a 110,000 SF facility that will house coaches’ offices and players’ locker room and resources for their Division 1 Football program. The facility will include meeting rooms, strength and conditioning space, training/rehab support, equipment and storage accommodations and other functions. The new building will tie-in and connect to the existing Allison Indoor Practice Facility. The project also includes a 13,300 SF expansion of the existing Allison Indoor Practice Facility as well as Minor improvements to the existing outdoor practice fields.
