We believe in health and well-being, and at no time has that guiding principle rang truer than in the face of the pandemic we are currently facing together. From the first sign of the spread of Covid-19, one thing has been at the center of every decision: the safety of our employees, their families, and those on our jobsites. Recent months have shown us a lot about our people, company, and communities, and it will no doubt leave lasting changes on people and industries across the board.
The responses, resiliency, and engagement of our people and partners during this crisis have been incredible and inspiring, and it is now time for us to begin a phased return to offices, in accordance with local guidelines for each city. The work environments may look different, but our culture of putting people first continues, and bringing them back to the safely remains our top priority.
To ensure a smooth transition and safety of all who decide to return to the office, there is now signage to help maintain social distance as well as direct traffic on floors and in stairwells to designate one-way areas. In addition, we are limiting occupancy in elevators to maintain appropriate space. Each office team received a graphic toolkit with signage and information to them to use as they plan their own return to office efforts.
