JE Dunn Construction is moving from Brentwood in favor of downtown Nashville.
The company, which boasted the largest amount of billings in 2016, has announced its new office at 29 Hermitage Ave. That's in Nashville's Rolling Mill Hill area, a southern gateway into downtown. Across the street are the Trolley Barns, where tenants include Pinewood Social and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.
JE Dunn reported $277.8 million in 2016 construction billings, ranking it No. 1 on our latest List of Greater Nashville’s biggest general contractors.
JE Dunn is moving into a 1930s brick building once a warehouse and headquarters for Lipman Brothers, the region's oldest alcohol wholesaler.
“Our new home better aligns our office environment with our culture and provides our employees great access to downtown and to our projects in the Nashville area,” said Sean Buck, a vice president and group manager with JE Dunn.
