The Awty International School’s Early Learning campus focuses on providing students 3-years-old through first grade a multilingual environment. The campus was completed in August and features a vibrant playground with unique equipment, tricycle paths that weave under bridges, shaded decks, learning canopies, a student garden and a soccer field. The school itself features 25 classrooms fitted with the latest teaching equipment, two multipurpose rooms, art and music rooms and a gym.
The new Early Learning campus is part of a larger multi-million campaign to expand the Awty International school in 2007 to upgrade the space from dingy one-story buildings to a modern and vibrant campus. It also expanded the campus from 14,200 square feet to 73,148 square feet. Today, the school has more than 1,500 students from 50 countries and ranks as the third-largest school on the Houston Business Journal’s List of the Largest Houston-area K-12 Private Schools.
