Gulch Crossing

Completed in 2015, Gulch Crossing is the first Class A office project in Nashville's Gulch neighborhood and the first to be built in the city's urban core since 2009. The facility is a sleek, modern office building with design features paying homage to the site's railroad history, including a contemporary, two-story metal "boxcar" entry lobby that fronts a green civic plaza along Demonbreun Street.

The lobby features 3,000 square feet of retail space and serves as the primary entrance to the project's 750-space structured parking garage. The upper and lower levels of the project are connceted by a monumental pedestrian staircase, providing access from Demonbreun to more than 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail space along 11th Avenue and more than 40 dining and shopping options in the Gulch.
