Project Manager

A project manager is a vital part of the team and responsible, with the superintendent, for the profitability and success of the project. Project managers play a key role in the design/build process. Project managers assist in preparation and review of estimates, award subcontracts, and take charge of all activities from the start of the project to on-time, on-budget project completion.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent. Minimum of six years commercial building experience.

 

Senior Project Engineer

Help manage a construction project, or a major component of a complex construction project, from start to finish by applying proven construction management methods in areas such as preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, quality, safety, project close-out, subcontractor management, change order administration, and project reporting.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree, with preference toward Construction Science or equivalent. At least 3-5 years construction management experience.

 

Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

Manage and accurately perform fundamental, routine mechanical/electrical and field construction activities including tasks related to materials, equipment, quality, safety and project closeout. Advance projects by collecting, developing, assembling, and providing data while maintaining productive working relationships with staff, subcontractors and owner representatives.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or closely related field. At least 3-5 years of construction related experience.
